Desk note
Hospital software clinicians will actually use
OPD is not a form factory. CareFlow’s brief was one patient journey — from token to discharge — without making doctors fight the screen.

Clinics do not fail because they lack software. They fail because every counter treats the patient as a new person. Registration, visit, pharmacy, and bill become four identities, four queues, and a lot of shouting across a corridor.
CareFlow HMS started from that journey, not from a module checklist. Appointments and identity first. Notes that match a busy OPD, not a desktop replica of paper. Billing that can stand up when administration or a TPA asks what happened.
If a hospital system needs a “super user” in the room for every new joiner, it is not clinical software yet. It is a form factory with a login. We design for the shift, not the brochure.
